While we are happy to rent rooms out to practitioners (psychotherapists, counsellors, psychologists, coaches. mental health associates etc.) and non-practitioners, any practitioners registering to rent rooms must be suitably qualified and insured. Consequently, if you are a practitioner/clinician,  upon registering as a Room User, we do request the following requirements are completed before you can book rooms:

  • A copy of your qualifying certificate (e.g. degree/diploma) as we need to ensure your are amply qualified to practice
  • A copy of your current public and professional indemnity insurance
  • A completed External Room User Registration Form
  • A note of your regular email address and mobile number should we need to get in touch with you
  • All documents you send to us are confidential and must be sent via email (we aim to reduce paper use)
  • For non-practioners: please get in touch so we can determine what information we require. For practitioners: please note that rooms cannot be booked on a one-off basis - practitioners can only register as 'regular' Room Users (this will vary from Room User-to-Room User)
  • The submission of the documents above is standard for almost all places offering room hire to external Room Users. We aim to ensure the space is as professional, safe, secure and fair as possible. If you have any questions about these requirements, please just get in touch.
